Authorizations

The Authorizations tab allows you to work with Quotes, Pre-Quotes, Estimates, Work Permits and more. Please click a link related to a Authorizations sub-tab below for more information on that topic.

• Pre-Quote Work Orders

• Awaiting Input

• Awaiting Review

• Parked Quotes and Estimates

• Past Quotes

• Work Permits

Open the Authorizations page:

1. In the menu bar, select Service/Authorizations.

   The Authorizations tab displays a list of work order types that can be reviewed or are awaiting authorization.

2. Select the work order, quote, or estimate the authorization will be associated with.

3. Click the work order number.

   The detail of that work order opens.
